[You are my spring] Character Introduction - Joo, Yeong-do (주영도)
Joo, Yeong-Do. He is a 38-year-old psychiatrist.
He recognizes the signs that someone is lying since he was a child. His brother lied that he is not ill. His mother lied that she loves him as much as she loves his brother.
His older brother needed to get bone-marrow transplantation. Yeong-do was the only hope for his brother. Even after 4 times of transplant operation, his brother was not healed. His father wanted to stop, but his mother couldn't give up on him. Yeong-Do was hidden from his mother by his father until his brother's death.
He received a heart transplant when he was a hospital’s resident. He found that the heart donor was murdered, and the murderer hasn't been caught. He promised the donor he will watch the murderer get caught.
He advised an actress when she had played an psychiatrist in a TV drama. one day, she, Ga-Yeong, visited him. He could tell that she was going to die if he let her alone. Hence, he had been with her since then until she asked him for divorce.
He moved his office to GuGu building and met Da-Jeong who lives upstairs. He found that she is in danger.
